Eriba September Rally

As the summer draws to a close and we all are looking for that one last fling to meet up and exchange the stories of our summer’s out and about with our Eriba and enjoy each others company before the weather forces us to abandon our travels for the winter, Alan Jones host the Eriba September Rally.

This year was the 2nd year of the successful rally which is building year after year and becoming a set date in the diary for those who love to meet up and attend rallies. It is held at the Croft Farm Water Park, just outside of the lovely Gloucestershire town of Tewksbury. September 21 Rally is forecast to between Sept 2nd and Sept 6th.

Tewksbury is an old market town on the river Severn with a rich history as a trading town but more famous for it battle in the War of the Roses, when the Yorkist King Edward IV beet the challenging Lancastrian armies of Queen Margaret (wife of Henry VI) effectively ending Margaret’s claim to the throne. The town centre reminds us of this history with a display of banners and pennants along its colourful streets.
